Yes we deliver and we also provide full installation services! We offer free deliveries within Nairobi for all orders above 50,000 KES. Orders under 50,000 KES and those outside Nairobi are subject to a transport fee. Other terms and conditions may apply.
All deliveries will be completed between 9am and 4pm from Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.

Absolutely, Victoria Furnitures has two fully equipped manufacturing facilities where we customize furniture to suit your designs and requirements. However, some imported items come in a standard size from abroad and cannot be customized fully. Please call us on 0770 876 140 for any assistance regarding your custom order.
Yes, you can visit any of our outlets located here. We have put stringent measures to ensure the safety of both our customers and our staff. However, if you’re uncomfortable leaving your home you can video call us on 0770 876 140 and we’ll walk you through the items we have.

We offer warranties on all our products however can be of differing periods. Please call for warranty details for a particular product on 0770 876 140.

The Company has a NO REFUND policy and will only issue a credit note of equal value, less any collection, and administration charges.
If an item needs to be returned at your request, carrier costs and restocking fees will be charged (restocking fees vary depending on the situation). Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receipt and ready to assemble products cannot be returned once they are assembled. The product must be in original packaging and re-sellable condition in order to be returned. Please call 0770 876 140 and a Customer Service Representative will assess your situation.
VAT Refunds are done upon submission of all the relevant documentation.
We accept cash, MPESA payment, credit card, and cheques. All cheques must clear before delivery can be made. Our MPESA Buy Good Till Number is 704 171
We are open from on weekdays Monday to Friday and due to Covid-19 from 8:00am to 4:00pm. On weekends we’re only open on Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
